The word of God in Romans 3:3-4 (NKJV) proclaims, (3) “For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? (4) Certainly not! Indeed, LET GOD BE TRUE AND EVERY MAN A LIAR. As it is written: ‘That You may be justified in Your words, and may overcome when You are judged.’” There will come a time in our lives when we will be challenged to trust God in spite of what is going on around us. What will you do when the circumstances in our world look bleak and today becomes crazier than yesterday? “…Let God be true and every man a liar.” What if you don’t believe in God and His word? You still have to “…Let God be true and every man a liar.” Also, focus on John 3:16 which comes from the heart of God, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” Then Hebrews 13:5, “…I will never leave you nor forsake you.” What if it looks like you might not live to see tomorrow? “…Let God be true and every man a liar.” What if everyone is doing what is right in their own eyes? “…Let God (and His word) be true and every man a liar.” Precious is God’s faithfulness to His word: “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void (empty), but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it” (Isaiah 55:11). Great is the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY and greatly to be praised! I love Him with a grateful heart because of His love for humanity. God is true to everyone who will dare to believe Him and obey His word. Thank You, LORD GOD!
